 BOIL a large Ox Tongue blanch it and chop it small put double the Quantity of Beef Sewet as you have of Tongue and the double of Fruit Currants warned and picked clean the Raifins ston d and minc d your Sewet minc d very fine and half a Dozen Apples minc d season it with Cloves Mace Nutmeg Lemon peel Cinnamon and a little Sugar and Salt i Put half a Mutchkin of Brandy in it When you put it in your Pan put Puff Paste over and under it. You may put candied Citron Lemon and Orange peel if you please
