Hello,
My husband and I have lived and raised a family in an 18th century house and I have had a passion for life, food, gardens, architecture, etc. I have always wanted to cook well on a hearth and bake oven and have experimented over the years, but now with children grown and new grandchildren I am even more interested. I saw your site and am very interested. I would very much like information on classes and information up and coming. Thanks so much, Cathy
Please include me on any up and coming cooking classes. I am very interested.
Thank you,
Elizabeth

I’m hoping you’ll publish your 2014 winter / spring schedule soon. My wife and I are looking to plan a trip to CT in the very near future.
I have an early 19th century house and want to restore it with a cooking hearth. Have you the names of folks who specialize in historic fireplace-building? My contractor hadn’t a clue and built one of combustible materials. I grieve.
I am very interested in attending upcoming cooking classes. Thank you.
Nancy, I’m only a homeowner but have some experience in 18th/19th c. hearth repair. I may be able to help you with information. danny1092@gmail.com
I am interested in your workshops, however, do not see them listed.
Please let me know when the next one is. Thank you in advance

This weekend was one of the best that I have had in years, great food was made, the flavours fantastic, the company grand, and the setting wonderful. Your wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm and willingness to share all of it was the best tonic to take for the end of winter blues!!!! I will definitely follow up with you in the fall regarding another workshop!!! I thank you for your encouragement in my endeavours and the following of my dreams!
Please keep me updated on future hearth cooking classes. I’m very interested in enjoying the experience.
